How to improve the Bluetooth on a Playstation 4 – Part 3

Yeah, I thought I was finished with this too but it turned out that it wasn’t as simple a fix as I thought.

All was fine until later evening when Bluetooth problems would start again – I’ve checked Bluetooth signals in the vicinity – nothing kicks in my side at that time but there’s an awful lot of WiFi and Bluetooth coming from my neighbours.

Anyway, you’ll be glad to hear… I’ve found a fix. Properly this time.

Replacing the hard drive in the PlayStation 4 Pro

The PS4 Pro comes with a 1TB hard drive. On paper that sounds quite generous but with individual games often taking up 10% or more of this a time, it doesn’t take the avid gamer long to fill this.

Ideally, the best time to replace the drive is before you start using it (i.e. when you first buy the PS4) as all games have to be downloaded and/or re-installed. But that’s the only hard bit of the whole process – Sony have made the procedure very, very simple.

Replacing the hard drive in the PlayStation 4 Slim

The PS4 Slim comes with a 500GB or 1TB hard drive. On paper that sounds quite generous but with individual games often taking up 10% or more of this a time, it doesn’t take the avid gamer long to fill this.

The first upgrade you should make to the PS4 Pro

Almost 2 years ago I posted about replacing the PS4’s hard drive with a roomier 2TB version. I also mentioned that SSHD drives are available, although these were only available in 1TB capacities and, to be honest, they added little benefit as the PS4 only supports SATA 2.

Now, though, things have changed.

Do Sony Do Anything About Abusive PSN Messages? (NSFW)

Yesterday I was playing Overwatch, which I’m relatively new to. Not only that but I was trying out a different character which I had little experience with. Combine both of these, the former reflected in the fact that I’m only rank 12, and, yeah, I’m not a brilliant player. But I’m not THAT bad.

Someone though thought differently as I was suddenly sent a message on my PS4.
